Goa based Frederick Braganza and the wife Flavy, devout Catholics, are generally hard of hearing and mute. He constitutes a living selling cleaning soap bars door-to-door. Flavy will get pregnant and provides birth to some daughter who they title Annie, who are able to speak and listen to much for their delight.
