usb mixer drum recording?

will a usb interface mixer such as the behringer range record drums on
indavidual tracks ? for example track 1 snare, tack 2 tom1 and so on
for editing and mixing on cubase (we have cubase).
my band want to to try and record or own song with out the exspense of
going to a recording studio as we used to do?

many thanks
